FAQ
Q: What do I need to do to visit the show?
A: You need to complete the visitor registration (free of charge).
*Everyone is required to complete the visitor registration in advance.
Q: How do I enter the venue?
A: Once you have registered, you will receive a visitor badge and a visitor badge exchange code (QR) by e-mail three weeks prior to the show. If you have a printing environment, please print out the "visitor badge" in color and bring it to the venue on the day of the show. If you do not have a printing environment, please show the "visitor badge exchange code (QR)" to the reception machine at the venue. The visitor badge will be printed onsite. Badge holders will be available at the exhibition venue. Please put your visitor badge in the badge holder and enter the venue.
Q: Can I bring my child?
A: Visitors under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 years old or older). If you wish to lead more than 5 persons under 18 years old to the exhibition, please contact Show Management in advance.
Q: Can I take photos in the exhibition hall?
A: Photography in the exhibition hall is prohibited for both visitors and exhibitors, except in the case of media coverage. In case of media coverage, please contact the following. Organiser RX Japan Ltd. Email: [email protected]
