How to Get Visitor Badge
Pre-registration is required for all participants to the exhibition hall
For Visitors
Register either of the following (free of charge). VIP registration is limited to managers and above only, and includes exclusive lounge privileges.
For Press
Agree to the precautions on media coverage before proceeding to Press Registration.
For Exhibitors
Exhibitors are required to register for an exhibitor badge in advance. Please register at the Exhibitor Hub.
Steps from Registration to Visiting the show
Step 1
Complete Visitor Registration on the Official Website
Please register the information of all visitors to the exhibition using the visitor registration form.
*You may register information for up to 10 persons at a time.
*Please note that duplicate e-mail addresses cannot be used.

A registration completion e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Please wait until the badge downloading starts (3 weeks before the exhibition).

A countdown will be displayed until the badge downloading starts.
You can also easily share the exhibition information on SNS.
When the badge is ready 3 weeks before the exhibition,
You will receive an email notification to your registered email address when your badge is ready.
Please wait for the badge download to start.

The “View Badge” link in the registration email will allow you to access the badge download page three weeks prior to the exhibition.
Please wait until the badge downloading starts.
The 2D code in the registration completion e-mail can be scanned at the printing machine at the exhibition site to print your badge.
Step 2
You will receive an e-mail notification of the start of badge download (3 weeks before the exhibition).
You will receive an invitation to start downloading your visitor badge/VIP badge to your registered e-mail address.
Please click the dedicated URL in the e-mail to access the download page for your badge.
You can download your badge as a PDF file.
Step 3
Badge Printing
For those who have a printing environment
Please print out your badge in color and bring it to the exhibition venue on the day of the exhibition.
You will be able to enter the exhibition hall with no waiting time.
For those without a printing environment
Please bring the two-dimensional code from the e-mail to the exhibition venue on the day of the exhibition.
When you hold the 2D code over the printing machine at the exhibition venue, your badge will be printed.

Step 4
Enter the exhibition hall
On the day of the exhibition, please pick up a badge folder at the exhibition venue, insert the printed badge into the folder, and wear the folder around your neck to enter the venue.
At the entrance/exit of the exhibition hall, a staff member will read the 2D code on your badge with a scanner.
