      Username…  registered email address,   password… needs to set from your side

4. Read through Exhibitor Manual

We prepare two types of Exhibitor Manual.Please read through both so that you are fully prepared!

Contains show schedule, booth regulations, etc.

List of official contractor, application guidelines and forms, etc.

5. Issue an Exhibitor Badge

All exhibitors attending the booth are required to register "Exhibitor Badge" before the show.

Exhibitor Badge : Normal badge
Exhibitor VIP Badge : For whom title is superior to manager. ( max. 10 per company)
Exhibitor Contractor Badge : For companies other than your own (ex. Interpreter staff)

Select Badge Type & click [Download template]

Fill in the template and upload

Badge download will be available 3 weeks before the show

6. Register your products for Exhibitor Directory

Exhibitor Directory is a website where visitor can search for exhibits information. It will be made public and used in our show promotional activities.

 Click “Edit Profile Page”

 Registration page appears so you can start registration!

Use “Exhibitor Dashboard”  for monitoring how effective your page is!

"Exhibitor Dashboard" enables you to grasp the status of Exhibitor Directory such as profile views or product views.
Perform PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle to obtain a higher number of views! 

"Exhibitor Dashboard" can also be utilized for these purposes:

• Reference for a catchphrase
• Effective arrangement of exhibits
• Bring knowledgeable staff to the venue

7. Utilize the Invite Link

<< What is "Invite Link"? >>

 "Invite Link" is a unique URL provided to each exhibitor to invite customers by sending it via email, post on SNS/web, etc. Pre-registration is required for all visitors to enter the show, and it allows smooth entry.
Send the “Invite Link” to all your customers in advance and make the most of this service!

Login to Exhibitor Hub
Click [Invite Manager] icon

Click [Copy] of the Invite Link  and send to your customers!
*Make sure not to confuse the Visitor Badge link with the Exhibitor Badge link. 

・Copy and send to customers!

・Check the number of registration and views

・Check "View Completed Registrations" for registered information.
Make appointments and remind visitors about your exhibit beforehand!

Review various information above and perform the PDCA cycle!

How to utilize:

- Include it in email advertisements and email signatures.
- Include it in social media.
- Check the registrants' information and make appointments.

8. Put Japanese Slogan at your booth

Visitors decide which booths to stop by checking how much the exhibit/products match their interests by booth appearance.
To appeal Japanese visitor, it’s essential to put Japanese SLOGAN to tell “What your Exhibit/Product is”!

Tips for “Good slogan”

☑ Describe what the products is in Japanese

☑ Describe what is the strong point

☑ Include the number to show its strength

☑ Is big enough to see from afar (font size is approx. over 300pt. )

☑ Places where visitor can easily see

9. Prepare and Utilize Colleqt 

"Colleqt" allows visitors to download your registered info / materials via their smartphones. 
When a visitor scan Colleqt 2D barcode, you will receive their contact information automatically!

Don’t want to miss any single lead? ---Of course not!
Lead Manager App(smartphone app) allows you to get the visitor's lead instantly by scanning their badges.
Additionally, you can collect all the information in the app you need to qualify the leads with using memo and custom questions.

11. Tips for “during-show” action

Japanese visitor hesitate to stop by the booth such as…

× Only watching visitors pass by

× Working on a computer or phone

× Chatting with colleagues

× Eating at the booth

× Napping or leaving the booth unattended

The best practice is to stand up and talk from your side!

12. Tips for “post-show” action

Classify the leads

Consider the method for evaluating the interest level of customer.
 ex: Ask visitor to have a seat
    >> If they do, their interest is HIGH.
            If not but willing to continue talk, MIDDLE.
            If not and leave, LOW.

Send out email occasionally

Send emails instead of making phone calls (request a video meeting). 

Be patient and prepare for medium- to long-term follow-ups.

Even if no orders are placed, maintain contact and keep opportunities open.
