*Exhibitors are required to register via the Exhibitor Hub.
Please be noted that once you have registered as a visitor, you can't register Exhibitor Badges with the same email address.
*Persons under 18 years of age cannot register.

For details, please refer to the section “Costs Associated with Admission; Refunds” stipulated in Participation Policy for the Event or the Seminar.

In principle, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted once payment is completed.
Receipts cannot be reissued and are issued only once per order.
Please confirm your order details and payment amount before completing your payment.

Participation Fee: JPY 5,500 (tax included)
Credit card payment is the preferred payment method. Advance registration is available by credit card payment only. If payment by credit card is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances, cash payment of JPY 6,000 (tax included) will be accepted at the venue.
